Yahoo Settings for DNS etc.

The IP address of our mail server will be changing on the morning of November 21, 2002. If you are currently connecting to our mail server for your Yahoo! Domains or Website Services account by using the IP address (209.132.1.30), this will no longer function. Please use the following settings (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name):
POP server: pop.yourdomain.com
SMTP server: smtp.yourdomain.com
MailSender (web-based email): http://www.mailsender.net or http://mail.yourdomain.com

If you are unable to use these settings, please contact Customer Care.

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY HOSTING DNS ELSEWHERE, please make the following change to your DNS Record to avoid disruption of email service.

IN MX 10 mail1.wss.vip.scd.yahoo.com.
IN MX 20 mx1.wss.scd.yahoo.com.

mail IN CNAME mail1.wss.vip.scd.yahoo.com.
pop IN CNAME mail1.wss.vip.scd.yahoo.com.
smtp IN CNAME mail1.wss.vip.scd.yahoo.com.
imap IN CNAME mail1.wss.vip.scd.yahoo.com.
