Let's you edit your AutoComplete fields in Internet Explorer.

Internet
Explorer's AutoComplete does a nice job of filling in Web forms,
but it doesn't let you edit the entries stored there. This utility
lets you view the values stored for each field name, delete incorrect
ones, and pre-load the system with additional values. To download
and use it, you need to be a subscriber to the PC Magazine utility
library.

RegMon - Restore
files which are deleted from the recycle bin by mistake.
Regmon
is a Registry monitoring utility that will show you which applications
are accessing your Registry, which keys they are accessing, and
the Registry data that they are reading and writing - all in
real-time. This advanced utility takes you one step beyond what
static Registry tools can do, to let you see and understand exactly
how programs use the Registry. With static tools you might be
able to see what Registry values and keys changed. With Regmon
you'll see how the values and keys changed..

Spybot - My Personal Favorite
According
to many security experts, this is one of the best Spyware search
and destroy tools you can get.
I ran this and mistook the disclaimer at the end of installing
Spybot that it was installing adware. It doesn't. I encourage
you to download and support Patrick Kolla, the maker of Spybot.

BHODemon - If you want to keep an eye on the BHOs
that have found their way onto your system, this is a program
for you. BHOs are software meant to enhance the capabilities
of IE, but they can be misused. BHODemon looks through your registry
for BHOs and presents you with a list of all it finds. Highlight
an item and click on the details button to learn
more about it.
http://www.definitivesolutions.com/bhodemon.htm
Ad-aware - My second choice when
it comes to Spyware. Adaware is a great little (free for now)
program that searches your hard drive for these little programs
that like to watch where you go on the net. Generally, Spyware
doesn't steal any information, they just watch where you go and
what you do. Adaware is a bit more attractive and easier to use
but many claim that Spybot is more robust.

IE-SpyAd - IE-SPYAD is a Registry file (IE-ADS.REG)
that adds a long list of known advertisers, marketers, and crapware
pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet Explorer. Once
IE-ADS.REG is "merged" into your Registry, most direct
marketers and crapware pushers will not be able to resort to
their usual "tricks" (e.g., cookies, scripts, popups,
et al) in order to monitor and track your behavior while you
surf the Net.

Personal Favorite

The benchmark results are presented as easy-to-read bar charts.
High-resolution timers for the tests are accurate to approximately
1 millionth of a second on most PCs

Hot CPU Tester - What do you do when you're convinced
that something's gone haywire in your system, but you don't know
what? Try this free system stability tool: It tests the CPU and
virtually all parts of the motherboard for errors. An advanced
user who wants to run a CPU at a higher frequency than it was
designed for can also use this utility to determine whether the
system is stable. The program features a crash and error detector,
assembly-level coding for the main procedures, and support for
multiple threads with high priority level. This new version has
been fully rewritten to include Windows NT/2000 support, multiple-processor
system support, and modules for MMX and SSE instruction sets.
